Before use, shake the bottle very well.
1 time per week, massage the oil on your head scalp and put some on the rest of your hair, the ends as well.
You can choose to let the oil sit for a night in your hair and wash it out the next morning. Or you leave it in your hair, just like you use a conditioner.
It's recommended to mix the oil with other oils that stimulate hair growth as well. For example Peppermint, rosemary etcetera.
Don´t be afraid to experiment with the oil and seek out which method works best for you. Have fun with it. 
Try it out for a couple of months and see what results you will get. Most of our custumors will experience improvement within two months.
